ORM Staffing provides the following Human resource related services to its customers: Advertising for workers to fill your specific jobs, screening of applicants, reference checks, handling of all burden items such as taxes, insurance, and worker relations.

ORM's RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    Recruit, screen, interview, and assign temporary workers to your jobsites
    Maintain all worker personnel files
    Cover workers with general liability insurance
    Document and insure worker compliance with the Immigration Reform
      Control Act
    Gather and report all state and federal payroll data. Compile, file and
      distribute W-2 forms
    Manage the payroll function and prepare weekly payroll for ORM supplied
       workers and persons you may want payrolled
    Remit Workers' Compensation Insurance premiums and handle L&I matters
    Remit Social Security contributions and Medicare premiums
    Remit federal and state unemployment taxes
    Process and defend all ORM supplied worker related Unemployment and
       Workers' Compensation claims

CLIENT's RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    Call ORM Staffing
    Supervise and direct worker
